1. What is your return policy?

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags attached.

2. Which items cannot be returned?

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are final sale:

Accessories (jewelry, beads, necklaces, etc.)
Custom-made or altered items
Sale or clearance items
Worn, washed, or damaged items

3. Can I exchange an item for a different size or style?

Yes. Exchanges are allowed for size or style, subject to availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose store credit or a refund (where applicable).

4. How long do I have to request a return or exchange?

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible.

5. How do I start a return or exchange?

Your order number
Reason for return or exchange
Clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days.

6. Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

7. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

8. How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit
Shipping fees are non-refundable

9. Do you offer store credit?

Yes. Store credit may be offered in place of a refund, especially for exchanges or promotional purchases.
